Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and GetRetainFlow (“we”, “us”) covering your use of RetainFlow. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to.

What the service is

RetainFlow lets you build call scripts from your own procedures and gives your team a note to copy into your own systems. It is a tool for your process. We do not review, approve or take responsibility for the content of the scripts you write, and nothing in the product is advice about how you should run your business, handle your customers, or comply with the rules that apply to you.

Your account

• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what people you invite do with it.
• Keep your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has access.
• One person, one account. Do not share sign-ins — invite people instead, so you can see who did what.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Trials

New accounts get 14 days free, with no card. When the trial ends the account becomes read-only until you subscribe — you can still read and export what you built. We may limit or refuse trials where it looks like the same person is starting them repeatedly to avoid paying.

Paying

Subscriptions are sold and processed by Gumroad, who are the merchant of record. Gumroad takes the payment, issues the receipt, and handles the tax. Your card details never reach us and we never see them.

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• On your bank statement the charge appears as GUMROAD.COMrather than RetainFlow, because Gumroad is the seller of record for the payment.
• If a renewal payment fails, your account keeps working while Gumroad retries. We do not cut a team off over an expired card.
• Each plan includes a number of people. Adding somebody beyond that number requires a larger plan.
• Cancel any time through Gumroad. Your account stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then becomes read-only.
• Refunds are handled by Gumroad under their policy. Where we can, we will support a fair request — write to us.
• Prices can change. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you, and you can cancel instead.

What you may not do

• Break the law with it, or use it to help somebody else break the law.
• Upload or store anything you do not have the right to.
• Try to get at other customers’ data, or at parts of the system you have not been given access to.
• Resell it, or rebuild a competing product from it.
• Load it in a way that degrades it for everybody else.

Your content is yours

The scripts, procedures and wording you put into RetainFlow remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to store and display them so the service works. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not sell it. If you leave, you can take it with you; see the privacy policy for what happens to it afterwards.

What we do not promise

We work hard to keep RetainFlow available and correct, but we provide it “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. In particular: a call script is not a substitute for your own judgement, training and compliance obligations.If following a script you wrote produces a bad outcome, that is your process, not our product.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other customers at risk — with notice where it is reasonable to give it, and immediately where it is not.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email the account and post the new version here before it takes effect. Continuing to use RetainFlow after that means you accept it.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of Guatemala, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the law where you live.
